HOW TO REGISTER FOR 1st ANNUAL MBA LEAGUE ON TORONTO?

STEP 1
The first step is to download Team Registration form for the League.

STEP 2
Complete the registration form, and than send it as an email attachment to registration@mbaleague.com

STEP 3
MBA will send you an email to CONFIRM that your registration is successful and let you know to pay for the fees.

**All registration fees are non-refundable. If the team decides not to show up for ANY reason, the money will be donated to MBA.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE (January 1st 2004)
REGISTRATION FEES DEADLINE (January 10th 2004)

Registration Fee: $1000 Per Team.

No team shall have more than 10 players and less than 8 players.

Registration is Based on First Come – First Serve Basis. By Priority will be given to Team from Muslim organizations such as Masjids, Dawa’ Centers and Communities Centers.
